At PakNMore, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Items must not be damaged due to misuse or neglect
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Custom printed products (including business cards, banners, signs, foam boards, posters, etc.) unless defective or incorrect due to our error
Personalized or made-to-order items
Shipping services and postage fees (FedEx, UPS, USPS) once processed
Digital products or downloadable files
Gift cards or prepaid services
Notary and other completed service fees
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect due to our error
Please contact us within 5 business days of receipt at [Insert Email Address] or visit one of our store locations.
We will:
Replace the item at no cost, or
Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible
For print products, we may request photos of the issue for quality verification.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
5. Exchanges

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
7. In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store may be returned at the original location within the return window, subject to the same conditions outlined above.
8. Pack & Ship Promise
For items packed and shipped by PakNMore under our Pack & Ship Promise:
If your item is damaged in transit, we will assist with claims and cover eligible costs as outlined in our service guarantee
Coverage applies only when items are packed by our team
